Meet Kelsey!

Kelsey was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and worked out of Holly Hill Farm and other local farms. Now she is based out of Volte Farm, in Brighton, Colorado. Horses have always been a passion, and that passion soon turned into a professional business at a young age. Kelsey started training horses at the age of 13 and then started teaching beginner lessons at the age of 18. She then turned to teaching all ages of riders and has had students successfully move through the levels under her guidance. Kelsey has a true passion for teaching/coaching and her love horses, gives her the ability to connect with all. She is very driven and a hard worker, so her work ethic is unmatched. Kelsey will always have a plan and goal for each student and horse in her program, and will do all it takes to get them where they need to be.

Kelsey has successfully evented through the Intermediate level/CCI 3 star level, with her own Revelation that she produced. She has produced and trained a variety of horses for clients. Kelsey also has trained under the guidance of Sydney Elliott, Karen and David O'Connor, Buck Davidson, Jan Byyny, Will Faudree, Clayton Fredricks, Tamie Smith, and Regis Webb. They have given her a ton of knowledge and helped build a great foundation for her business! She is also working toward her USEA ECP Level III certification.
